"We really enjoyed our stay. Villa was just as pictured, spacious, clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed every space in the home, including the seating area in the second level. Pool and outdoor spaces were quite large and beautiful. Lovely views. The address link emailed, sent us to wrong location but everyone was very helpful in helping us arrive to the correct address although we arrived past midnight and weren’t sure we’d be able to get anyone on the phone but they were great!"

"This is a great property perched high on the hill above the town with super sea and beach views up the coast. There are 40 steps up from the road. Easy parking. The house is very well equipped (except for a pizza cutting wheel😉) Lots of outside seating and sun loungers. Great terraces on two levels and lots of different garden areas. Arenys is a busy little town with lots of cafes, bars and shops. Worth exploring. Choice of beaches."

"Property has potential but the attention to detail from the owner/management company was really poor. Pool wasn’t clean on arrival and was murky. Only three useable/working sunbeds by the pool. No kettle in the kitchen. No pool balls and cues available despite being advertised. No working table tennis table, infact the table was shocking condition. No hot water for much of our stay. ‘Some’ issues were partly resolved once we chased up but overall was simple not satisfactory. VRBO need to review...

"We had a fantastic stay in Villa Encina. Situated on the edge of a town with all amenities close by, it is a spacious, modern villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The outside space is lovely and has spectacular views. We loved the outdoor kitchen for bbq-ing and hanging out together, and it also provided much needed shade. "Beautiful stone home, built in 1780, lots of need for improvement. We were four adults, arrival was scheduled for 4:30 on Sunday. The host postponed our check-in until 7 pm. No rationale and no apology provided. This was problematic as we were not able to get dinner or groceries – restaurants opened in town at 7 pm. We were shocked to learn that the road to this house was a very steep, winding, unassumed - , basically dirt, grass, rocks for 10 minutes. A smaller vehicle would not be able to...
