"Nach gutem Check in hat das Zimmer nach Rauch gerochen, nach einer Nacht haben wir dann das Nachbarappartement bekommen. Die Lage ist gut, man kann gleich loswandern. Alles für den täglichen Gebrauch fußläufig erreichbar. Kleines zweckmäßiges Schwimmbad, defektes Saune und kkleiner Whirlpool. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht. Insgesamt eher kleine dunkle Räume und leider kostet vieles extra..."

"Lovely location with easy access to the town and lake. Easy checking in and apartment as expected. Pool and facilities very good and would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Only thing O would like to see was some outside furniture on the balcony to make the most of the sunshine!!!"

"Die Zimmer waren sehr dunkel, vor allem wenn draußen keine Sonne schien. Die Küchenzeile hatte zu wenig Licht - kein Licht über der Spüle unde der Küchenplatte. Die Terrasse war zwar riesig, aber praktisch unbenutzbar, denn es gab keinerlei Balkonmöbel, nichts: keine Stühle, keinen Tisch, keinen Sonnenschirm. Auch der Buchungsvorgang, bzw. die Änderung der Buchung waren eine Katastrophe, wir mussten mit Kanada, Spanien und Frankreich telefonieren, um es auf die Reihe zu kriegen. Nie wieder...

"The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. "What a gem! We had a lovely 2-night stay at Alparthotel surrounding one day of skiing at Champery. The hotel is lovely, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk from the Chemin de Verger bus stop. We did not have a car and were able to walk to a Coop nearby (grocery store and restaurant). The rooms were comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel is beautiful. The room we had was big for a European hotel. We had a balcony and the view was amazing. We took a day trip to Vevey and highly recommended. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You are walking distance to train statiin and bus stop. Our only issue was we couldnt get our wifi connected for 3 days. The hotel was having issues with their wifi. Other than that, highly recommend. "

"One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s simple yet perfect — great location with stunning views, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and on-site parking available which was very convenient. The area is very quiet, making it ideal for relaxation, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience — highly recommended!"

"From Lausanne Gare, there is a very steep walk to hotel, I would not recommend walking if you are traveling with luggages and kids. Very nice breakfast with assorted bread, oats, flakes, fruits, coffee, pastry, milk, juice, meats, nuts and warm potatoes. From hotel room you can see the beautiful lake, cathedral structures down below. Water filling station outside rooms. Overall nice place to stay."
