"Although this hotel was a good base, great for sightseeing and close to the train station, there didn’t seem to be any information prior to booking to let people know its next to a large building site, which started work at 6.30 ! Also the communication between staff and customer service wasn’t the best. I had no water and electricity for hours and was told twice it would be on later, which it wasn’t, had to complain and was moved , not a nice experience which got my holiday off to a bad start...

"I think the property is missing the potential to make money! They could easily open up the bar area and residents could meet & new friendships made."

"Isabelle was so nice to us. We appreciated it. The view is excellent. The beach is right across the street. I loved walking for miles along the beach. Tons of places to eat and shop. The only thing is I sent a message and they never got back to me during a 2 night stay."

"I had a fantastic stay with my kids. View was excellent (one of the best I have ever had) and we enjoyed the balcony a lot. Pools, especially the bottom one was really appreciated by the kids. We liked the village area in general and have not really anything negative to say, except that maybe the breakfast was “just” OK. "

"A somewhat worn down resort, 2 small pools no other shared facilities. Some cafés, restaurants and a good grocery store very close by though. Also very close to swimming lake (Lac de Saint-Cassien, recommended), Cannes, the Riviera etc. A holiday home - not suitable for short stays due to cleaning costs and not so flexible check-in hours. Check-in after 19 possible, but has to be arranged. Staff didn't speak English on the phone - code exchange was difficult. Read the fine print - Hotels.com...

"It was a great stay for us, and it was great value for money. Excellent location. Well equipped studio. If you're wanting posh, this probably isn't for you, but if you want to be in a good area for really not very much, this place was great. We would definitely stay again."

"This is a cheap and cheerful apart-hotel located just outside the centre of Grasse. It was quiet, the host was friendly and helpful, and it suited our purposes (a couple of nights) perfectly. The hotel does not currently provide breakfast but there is a good local café just round the corner."
