"I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. "Construction work right next door and very limited shopping available in vicinity. View of the sea from the roof top pool is beautiful."

"Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return."

"Old facilities and fittings. Everything worked but it is all a bit tired. The mattress is surprisingly unsupportive but the water is hot and the bath is bigger than in most hotels. Perfectly situated if you have to go to court or if you want to take the train to Cannes "

"No free internet, bad stains on mattresses and sofa bed, paid double what I did last year, standards have dropped under this new management and I will not be going back, staff are just not interested even after I complained about internet access, best avoided I would say"

"This is a no frills option. It is basic accommodation which is clean. The location is central to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The payable secure parking is also very good. "

"We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. "Liked: huge balcony, smart layout of the flat, good quality equipment, 3 fans, nice pizzerias (Pizza du Pub) Didn't like: flat itself is a bit small, kid's kit didn't include bathtub although advertised on their leaflets that it is there, broken safe box, balcony door very hard to lock therefore exposing ourselves to theft, not enough sunbeds"

"Nice swimming pool and big clean room with big bathroom (we had a family studio). Staff very friendly and big underground car park available on site. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map."

Lovely hotel out of the city

"Hotel was clean, well appointed and the staff extremely friendly. Well located for our needs. This was our second stay in this hotel in a matter of months. The room on the second occasion looking a little more tired than the first time, however it appeared that work was being undertaken out of season in a number of rooms, so maybe the one we had this time was set for a revamp. Even in a slightly tired state, the room was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Already planning on returning again"
