"The hotel is extremely well situated in the town, colse to bus routes and 10 minutes walk from the main railway station. Check-in was quick an straightforward My room was impeccably clean. Although on the ground floor and facing the street there was no noise. The staff were very present, helpful and polite. "

"The only thing missing from this hotel was a refrigerator. There is so much to do around and near the hotel, and it is very convenient to the walkable parts of the city. Good location with metro and gar near enough, and the hotel was nice and clean and well organized. Desk staff can easily speak English but allowed me to check in and out in French so i could practice and were patient and clear which i appreciate. I would stay there again. "

"I prefer firm pillows. I don’t care for mushy pillows. All the pillows on the bed were mushy. I was too tired from my trip to call for a firm one, so I folded 1 pillow in half. It was still mushy."

"Very good large beds. Dogs accepted. Quite a nice cold continental breakfast - a bit limited in cold meats, jams etc but fresh bread and croissants and gorgeous hot chocolate. Kettle is ok but paper cups, paper stirrers and no milk makes it facilities very basic. Great shower and bathroom."

"The apartment was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. Everything you need in an apartment for a short stay was available (most importantly coffee and tea and a hot water boiler). "This is a stunning property with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The reality is even more impressive than the photos! Marssac sur Tarn is only a short walk away with three small supermarkets, a bar-restuarant, an excellent butcher, bakeries, and a wine merchant among others. "Beautifully decorated and absolutely clean. The breakfast was good. The only fault that I can point out would be that the coffee was very weak and not at all plentiful. No milk or cream was offered. Our host was quite pleasant if not engaging. "

"The welcome that we got from the owner was wonderful. He was friendly, super helpful and provided lots of information such as where we could park, great restaurants and how to get to the old town which was very walkable. Despite being in a busy area our room was really quiet and the terrace was great! We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Albi."
