"There was no hot water, no real curtains in the room. Being a girl alone this was scary at night. my friend actually broke her foot trying to walk down the steep hill. I am happy to provide proof. I didn’t have a blanket. No food or drinks service were provided during the week, only on the weekend. My room smelled like mold. I felt unsafe because the lock wasn’t secure. "

"Our stay was great! From the moment we walked into the lobby the staff greeted us and was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby all day. The bar by the pool was a nice addition. They made us a delicious strawberry daiquiri. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"The location was great, walking distance to main downtown area but far enough to have some peace. The rooms were comfortable although i think a bit overpriced for what you get and compared to other places. I have very little problems with hotels except when they advertise AC and you pay a little bit of a premium in south america to have a room with an AC versus a room with a fan. Unfortunately the AC in our room didnt work it was more of a fan pushing around air. And when we brought this up to...
