"When i got to Santa Teresa this people didnt have my reservation ready and they told me they didnt confirm the reservation because EXPEDIA DIDNT PAY THEM BACK! They try to arrange the situation but i decided to look for another hotel where you didnt got a fee for it. Why are you workijg with people like this stressing out your clients in the last minute??"
