"This is a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located a few minutes drive from St Martin de Belleville and the ski slopes of the fantastic 3 Valleys. Like most ski accommodation, it is quite compact but all facilities are relatively new and modern and work well for a family of 4. "This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly.
