This homely two-storey condo offers some of the best views you can find of Mont-Tremblant and Lake Tremblant! Both the mountain and the lake make this condo a great attraction during all seasons of the year. With one open bedroom and one closed bedroom, the space can comfortably accommodate 4 people - perfect for a couple, family or small group of friends. It's a five-minute drive to the ski village and to the Old Village as well.
The space is refined, yet cozy and has all you need to spend some quality time in good company. There's a gas-powered fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV + Netflix are all amenities that will help you unwind and relax during your stay.
This condo is on the second floor of the building. To access it, you will need to take a flight of stairs.
The interaction with our guests is up to them. If they wish to converse on tips for things to do and see, it will be our pleasure. If our guests prefer minimal interaction, that's cool too!
Located in a friendly neighbourhood, this cozy condo is as enjoyable in the summertime as it is in the wintertime. It has so much to offer in terms of activities, restaurants and outdoor scenery.
Restaurants in the Old Village are just a 5 minute drive, whereas restaurants at the Mont-Tremblant pedestrian village are 6 minutes away from the condo.
Different hikes and treks are accessible near the condo: Nez de l'Indien (5 minutes away), Mont-Tremblant (6 minutes away), Domaine Saint-Bernard which is perfect for walks and cross-country skiing (15 minutes away), Lac Mercier is also great for a walk around the lake or some cross country skiing (6 minutes away).
The best way to get around is by car. Our condo has one parking spot available for you to leave your car.
In the summertime, you can also get around by bike if you feel like enjoying the outdoors a bit more! You can get to many spots in just 15-20 minutes.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
To cover you up to 500 CAD, it includes the choice between
1- a security deposit with a non refundable fee of 15CAD or
2- a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD .
Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.
Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.
