Our location in Saint-Jovite, at Condo Croissant Des Soleils, is just 35 km from Mont-Tremblant International Airport. The vacation residence is conveniently located near Circuit Mont-Tremblant and Mont-Tremblant Cross-Country Skiing, only 2.5 km away. Town shops are also just a 4.3 km drive. For ski enthusiasts, Mont-Tremblant Mountain is nearby, with the Double Sud gondola station just a 10-minute walk away.

Our apartments are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a refrigerator for your comfort during your stay. Each bathroom includes a hairdryer, bathrobes, and slippers.

All guests must fill out a pre-registration form via an "EnsoConnect" link to our online guest guide sent upon booking confirmation.
Verification steps require guests to provide contact information, a valid ID, and authorization for an $800 security deposit hold.
Please note that the $800 security deposit will be frozen and not withdrawn from the credit card, and will be released 7 days after departure if no damage has occurred to the property.
Other Points to Note:

Adherence to the house rules described here is an essential condition of the vacation rental contract. Non-compliance with the above-mentioned rules may result in penalties, including deductions from the security deposit.
Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied, and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times.
A penalty of $125+tax per night per additional person will be retained.
Smoking:

Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited inside the condo. A fine of $250 will be imposed for smoking indoors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly in the provided ashtray. Failure to comply may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Pets:

Pets (maximum 2) are allowed with a $100 hypoallergenic cleaning fee. All our condos are guaranteed allergen-free. Pets must refrain from being on furniture.
Noise and Neighborhood:

Please note that it is important to keep calm and respect the neighborhood after 10 p.m. We will not hesitate to withhold the entire security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10 p.m. and/or nighttime disturbance.
Visitors:

Any additional overnight visitor must be approved in advance during the booking process and is subject to additional fees, as indicated in the price.
Damage and Breakages:

Report all damages and breakages to the property manager promptly. Failure to comply may result in penalties deducted from the security deposit. To avoid damages and breakages, furniture should not be moved between rooms without prior agreement.
Compliance:

The owner/manager reserves the right to terminate occupancy and evict guests/visitors for non-compliance or disturbance to neighbors/residents.
