Das Haus ist von der Optik her super.Auch die Außenanlage war super. Was nicht so toll war ist der Pflegezustand des Objektes.Völlig verkalkte Wasserhähne und Duschen. Ebenso die Seifenspender. Die Spülmaschine bräuchte unbedingt mal neue Körbe. Die Bettwäsche (Zudecken und Laken) hatten alle Farben nur nicht Weiß und auch noch Brandlöcher. Bei der Ankunft müssten wir erst mal das Geschirr spülen weil in einigen Tassen noch Zuckerreste waren. Ich will nicht nur meckern,was auch toll war(fùr unseren Geschmack) ist die Lage des Hauses. Alles was man braucht in der Nähe und trotzdem ruhig. Was ich auch noch erwähnen möchte ist der Service von Interhome über das wir gebucht hatten. Am 3.tag gingen plötzlich alle Fernseher nicht mehr und Abend gab dann auch noch die Waschmaschine ihren Geist auf.Der Anruf am nächsten Morgen bei Interhome, und noch am selben Tag kamen die entsprechenden Techniker und behoben die Schäden.

Superbe villa... qu'on laisse se détériorer !
Villa très belle, spacieuse, piscine superbe, grande TV living, tv dans 2 chambres, clim dans toutes les pièces, beau BBQ. Problèmes: clim du living sans froid, tous les sommiers à lattes sont cassés et réparés avec des panneaux de bois, c'est une horreur pour dormir. Une des chambre est un canapé-lit (aussi avec panneaux de bois). Peu de vaisselle, aucun condiments, lave-vaisselle en fin de vie et machine à café de la cuisine équipée ne fonctionne pas. Internet très lent 1Mbps. Dommage.

Belle maison beau terrain dans un quartier tranquille mais première semaine de la saison donc la préparation avant notre arrivée pas au point : wifi non fonctionnelle, maison non aérée, manque de ménage seuls les sols et draps avaient été fait, congélateur non utilisable, épuisette de la piscine cassée, poignée de porte fenêtre cassée, un évier bouché, accueil sommaire pas d’explications sur le fonctionnement des équipements… Mais SAV au top très réactif aux demandes et réparations

Superbe
Superbe villa ! Suffisamment spacieuse pour huit, cette villa possède beaucoup d'atouts. Quartier calme (trop ?), grande piscine, cuisine d'été, terrasse agréable, cuisine équipée.et quatre vrais chambres dont une suite parentale en sont les principaux. On peut regretter l'éloignement des plages. Les meilleurs sont à Miami Platja le long du passeig maritim. Nous avons subi quelques déconnexion internet. Surtout, le disjoncteur a coupé le courant de la cuisine à plusieurs reprise (quasiment quotidiennement).

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Einmal gab es am Spätabends aufgrund eines Starkregens Stromausfall. Bereits am nächsten Morgen (Sonntag) hat Interhome zurückgerufen und sich nach dem Strom erkundigt. Strom war wieder da. Toller Service von Interhome. Der Pool würde in der ersten Woche zweimal in der zweiten Woche einmal gereinigt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Nicht den Bildern entsprechend!!!!
Auf den Bildern sieht das Haus super aus daher dachten wir, für uns wäre das perfekt. Angekommen mussten wir feststellen das hier nicht mal geputzt wurde. Überall Dreck, Überreste der Gäste vor uns, vieles ging nicht und von wegen WLAN oder Fernsehen. Nichts hatte hier seine richtige Funktion. Selbst ein Austausch -WLAN-Router hatte ständig den Geist aufgegeben. Auch als ich das bemängelte, schickte man uns zwei Putzfrauen die absolut keine Lust hatten ihre Arbeit zu machen. Der angebliche Poolreiniger, der zweimal die Wochen den Pool reinigen sollte, ist nie aufgetaucht. Der Techniker wusste selbst nicht was mit den Sicherungen los war weil diese ständig raus flogen. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft absolut nicht weiter, denn für diesen Preis bekommt man hier sicher schönere Objekte und vor allem in einer angenehmeren Lage. Zur Lage, diese ist auch nicht so beschrieben wie man es hier vorfindet.
