"I had a wonderful stay here. I needed to take the shuttle to Zoo Beauval in the morning, which was just across the street. The staff was so nice and patient with my inadequate French. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful Blois is. The chateau is very interesting and the city is charming. There is also a bus to Chateau Chambord that I will take advantage of next time."

"The staff was helpful but seemed mechanical and condescending. Breakfast is wonderful with many options. The bed was clean but had fist-sized lumps. I was informed by the director that the lumps were special for comfort and that all beds have this special mattresses. I was told to turn off the air conditioning when not in the room. This is unexpected in a highly-rated four star hotel. The staff seems to believe that guests are fortunate to stay."
