"The most attractive property, beautiful garden, super comfortable room with spotlessly clean modern shower room en suite. The hosts Muriel and Nicolas were so welcoming and the added touches like drinks in the fridge and the superb breakfast made this a 5* property for us. Thank you 🙏 "

"Nous avons été au zoo de Beauval est avons séjourné pour une nuit dans le beau village de Saint Aignan avec une nuit dans cette charmante chambre au deuxième étage (pas trop gênant) et il faut prévoir de marcher un peu car les parkings sont un peu plus loin mais cela ne dérange pas car les rues sont très jolie 👍"

"The 'La Petite Salamandre' guest house in the countryside is an absolutely delightful place to stay, surrounded by so many castles to visit in the area! "Plenty of space in room for 4, beds were comfortable and quiet part of the town. Parking was relatively easy, with spots available outside, although the road was relatively busy so we minutes walk away in a large car park. Very handy for the zoo, and easy walk into the bars and restaurants of the lovely town. "

"This place is a little gem, nested in the countryside with a fantastic vibe. The host is extremely kind and clearly made a great work with the place, the room was perfect for my family of 4 and we all loved the stay. The breakfast was definitely the best in our month-long vacation in France. When going again to the Loire valley, I'd definitely be coming back a La Source de Bury to use as a base to visit the many castles in the area."

"The property itself was absolutely beautiful, tranquil and relaxing - it was a great place to be for our honeymoon, very romantic. The sounds of nature are everywhere and there’s and easy path to wander to the edge of the property if you want to take a stroll. "A comfortable, clean, charming escape, with country quiet, proximity to Loire Valley castles, and food shopping. Bucolic and perfectly landscaped, with welcoming hosts. Two small things: (1) a surprise 75 euro cleaning fee on top of vrbo charges (announced after confirmation/deposit) and (2) no Wi-Fi or phone service (the owner is addressing this)."
