"Charming little place with nice shower water pressure. Staff was helpful on the phone. Did not meet them because we arrived late and office was closed by then, but everything was where they said it would be and we were still able to access the rooms. "

"I stayed in one of the cabins behind motel. Was nice enough and clean. Had a fireplace. Although motel is listed as less than 2 Km from airport (which is technically true) it is still a $15 cab ride and I think it was about an 8 Km drive to the airport. 3 Km to nearest...anything. So decent place for money, just not a great location."

"It was a very nice place. Lots of space. Fully equipped kitchen. Communication about how to park and enter the building was very clear. I wish there were more lights in the bedroom but otherwise no complaints. I'd recommend the property for sure. "

"The Lord Elgin is perfectly situated within walking distance of so many of Ottawa's best restaurants. We loved the location as well as the grandness of the exterior and lobby areas of the property. The bathroom in our room had been nicely updated while remaining true to the classic architectural style of the heritage building. "
