"Wir waren im Großen und Ganzem zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Check in gestaltete sich etwas problematisch, da der Code nicht der richtige für den Schlüsselkasten war, die Vermieterin war aber sofort hilfsbereit am Telefon. Leider war in der Wohnung, keine warme Heizung im Badezimmer und im Wohnzimmer ging ein Fenster nicht so zu, dass man es hätte abschließen können, so war die ganze Zeit kalte Luft „Zugwind“ wenn man auf der Couch gesessen hat. Das WLAN Passwort war ebenfalls das falsche....

Die Kommunikation mit Frau Glowa hat reibungslos geklappt und war sehr freundlich. Frau Glowa war sehr hilfsbereit. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. "

"We enjoyed our stay here in Mannheim while visiting our daughter. The apartment was clean and spacious. Tychique met us at check in and let us arrive early and stay a little later which was great. It is an easy walk to the tram stop to go closer to town but easily walkable too. We would stay there again. "

Wirklich schön wäre es gewesen, wenn wir nicht große Probleme mit dem schwachen internetsignal gehabt hätten. Das Bad ist auch wirklich schön, dennoch haben mir Duschtücher sehr gefehlt. Hätte ich gewusst, dass es nur ein Handtuch und ein Gästetüchlein gibt, hätte ich das wenigstens mitbringen können.
