"The apartment was beautiful. Had a nice layout. Very relaxing and comfortable. Only downfall if any is that there's 38 stairs to climb to get to the apartment. Be disabled made it a bit of a hard time too walk up and down the stairs. And it's not really marked for where you are staying, so it made it a little hard to find. There's no address on the building. So I contacted Jeff and he told me where it was. Plus make note that there's only one parking space allotted for the apartment. Definitely...

"I did not like that I was told on the day of arrival that I would be sharing a two bedroom one bath with another tenant. All my information, including my receipt , stated I was renting the entire property. When I called to get the lock box code I was told I was sharing the unit. I had booked this reservation a year in advance and there was no communication that it was a shared unit. I had the unit booked for graduation weekend and there was no other reservations available in the area. "
