"We came to Dayton for the Christmas holiday. We needed a space that was large and clean and had room for small children. We had 6 adults and 3 children. We had a 6 month old baby, a 14 month toddler and a 3 year old. The house was not fancy but very clean and comfortable. "This property was very nice and roomy! It accommodated me and my family for our Christmas Eve gathering. There were a few issues, but no deal breakers. The manager responded promptly to all my needs. My grandchildren enjoyed the ping pong table as well as the large finished basement. "

"We were a family of 7 visiting for the holidays. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The kids spent hours in the game room which was wonderful for the cold, rainy days. We used the fire pit one night to make smores and that was also a hit. Popcorn and movie night was perfect in the theatre room. We did a lot of cooking and having that huge kitchen and dining table was wonderful. Great location, close to everything we needed or wanted to do. "
