"This is a unique property right on the water in the old town of Monopoli. We just came at a bad time of year when the restaurant was shut as were many of the businesses in town. It never stopped raining and it felt like the ocean waves might come rugbt in the room. I would definitely go again when the weather is warmer"

"Gabriela was so helpful at the property and even came to park in the reserved parking lot. The suites are in a perfect location on the edge of the old town so easy to drive into. Would be good to allow for a slightly later check out as 10 pm is quite early but they were accommodating to leave a bit later. Also loved the bathroom but just missing a shelf in the shower for toiletries. Other than that - wonderful stay. Would recommend! "

"Excellent position and friendly host. Every need was catered for. Advice on eating and drinking. The room was well located at the heart of old town and was beautifully maintained and decorated. It made our two night stay delightful. Always difficult to find parking when you stay in old town but our host gave us good advice and we found a spot not on far away. High recommended. "Balcony overlooking sea. rooftop deck and pool. You cannot drive near this area although they did have someone to pick us up with luggage but we had a rental car and secured parking which was a 15 minute walk away from B&B. The B&B did help getting that for us. The beach here is very small but for exploring other areas the location was central. Beautiful"
