"We arrived on New Years Eve to find the large open area of the barn, warm and welcoming. Everything was exactly as expected, if not more. The accommodation has everything you would ever need to make your stay very pleasant. Sue was also very helpful with answers to my questions on the lead up, which also helped set our expectations. Overall a very chilled and relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life."

"The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds,...

"A great spot to stay for a family wedding in town! We enjoyed the hot tub and needed help with a few things and Helen was amazing and very prompt with helping. We asked for fans and she had them the next morning!!! Amazing. Rafa (the dog) hung around and we enjoyed his company."

Mel communicated and answered all my questions, we also had Garry on hand all weekend via phone if we needed anything. "All terrific except that one of us doesn’t sleep well in the double bed - though the mattress is very comfortable the bed frame does jiggle about every time one person moves, affecting the other. I’m sure sounder sleepers wouldn’t complain - personal problem! Otherwise we love the cottage and its location and this time enjoyed having friends to dinner too. Thank you Abi and Ed"

"The Studio was well-equipped although a tight fit in places like the kitchen and toilet. The lounge, TV viewing area and bed were good although we did not use the TV. There were plenty of books and games to use during the stay. The conservatory area was very good with lovely picture windows offering views over the neighbouring farmer's field which offered a variety of wildlife, including Muntjac deer, golden pheasant, rabbits and a multitude of smaller birds Parking was on the street right...
