The staff is diligent and friendly, with the sole exception of the Sunday afternoon staff that refused to interrupt their snack break to check us in a few minutes early. This is not a hotel to book if you want to enjoy lounging in the lobby or the surrounding area -but it is the perfect place to stay if you plan to spend all of your time in the Old center of Barcelona.
