"Everything was beyond expectations. The neighborhood was quiet. The stars were visible and a nice deck to enjoy the experience. Big back yard for the dogs to explore. The kitchen was large and well stocked. One of the best features was large windows throughout the house so you could take in stunning sunsets.We went to the Damariscotta Pumpkin Festival and it was a short drive away.The house is very classy and it has alot of interesting facts about its history.We would come back. "Situated at the end of Ocean Point, this house has fantastic views and is so close to the ocean that we could hear the rhythmic sound of the surf all night long. The house is also extremely tastefully designed throughout, making it seem much more like a dream home than a holiday cottage. Overall, it's one of the nicest places we've stayed, and we hope to be able to return for another visit."

"We had fabulous 4 days in Boothbay , visiting beautiful Penaquid , Southport Island, boat cruise, morning coffee near the water, and delicious food at Waves. Fun to look in different shops too. Bed was comfortable, nice readinbathroom was clean but right in bedroom with curtain but no door. That was a negative. Driveway was very steep for climbing and awkward parking space for unloading which was a challenge for 70 yr olds. Good kitchen area and sunny living room. Rivate and semi detached. "

"This cozy home had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving getaway. It's beautifully updated, warm, comfortable, and centrally located to what we wanted to do. It's located in a quiet, riverfront area for a peaceful stay. Only the turkeys, squirrels, and an occasional lobster boat to get your attention. Just perfect. I highly recommend this property."

"It is a big house with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It was very clean when we arrived It is about a half mile walk into Boothbay Harbor by way of the footbridge. There are many restaurants, and shops. You can go out on boat tours from the middle of the town. Our experience was very good and be enjoyed our stay"

"This house has a great location and lovely views on the water, but should not be allowed to be on the rental market in its current condition. It is filthy and dirty full of mildew that will hit you as soon as you enter. We asked to be moved but the nearest option was 2 1/2 hours away which was not acceptable. The house needs a deep cleaning!!! The furniture and flooring were stained, there were dirty cups in the cabinets, cobwebs everywhere and you couldn’t escape the mildew. There were two...

"Our party of 8 enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and stocked to get you started. Conveniently located to town and the Botanical Gardens. Plenty of outside space for kids to run around and play. It has a beautiful view of the cove but is very rocky. This didn't stop us from hunting hermit crabs and catching fish. The house is old but that gives it the Maine charm. "

"They thought of everything, including binoculars. We watched seabirds and lobstermen working and didn't leave the house until late in the day for the Botanical Gardens. They only communicate through Vacasa,email, and text. Good communication, though. Final payment is through Vacasa. "

I Would Definitely ReBook

"First time staying at this hotel, but I have been coming to the East Boothbay region for 20 years. Stayed in the pier building and it was well worth it just for the view alone. I just happened to pick the weekend the rements of past hurricanes from the south worked its way up so it was extremely windy making the balcony good for 5 minutes at a time lol The bed I could have just stayed in all day and been happy as a clam, my first night I slept 12hrs which was much needed. The complementary breakfast was delicious and a good variety, which my other half always made sure i was up for as he lives for breakfast. "
