"This is a comfy one room very well-appointed, newly constructed, and clean, clean, clean efficiency apartment over a garage. It has a lovely deck with a view of the lake. The proprietor is friendly and responsive and living in a separate adjacent lakeside home. The lake is stunning and having a canoe to circumnavigate the lake is magical. There are loons calling on the lake. It is a quiet, beautiful spot with all the comforts of home at your fingertips. The cell phone reception was adequate but...

The AC is actually large noisy unsightly swamp coolers in each room. Cheap uncomfortable furniture & beds. And, they ask the renter to do most of the tasks of the maid crew, while still charging you for it."
