"5 stars, everything about this place is fantastic. Its so clean, the balcony room is awesome. Close to the city centre, everything is in walking distance. Elisabetta helped me so much, she was so knowledgeable and helpful. After her being so helpful and attentive, we booked another 2 nights. Thank you Elisabetta!"

"This place is a hidden gem! Quiet, peaceful, and walkable to the the center of Como. Make sure to reserve a parking spot if driving in - we didn’t, and had to find street parking. Ended up working out but had to park a few mins away. Breakfast here was AMAZING, and the staff is so kind. We can’t recommend enough!"

They suggested places to visit which we stellar and we so appreciated it! By far the nicest place we stayed during our tour of Italy!! And, the hosts are warm and welcoming! If you’re visiting Lake Como, this is the place to stay! "

"Easy place"

"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"This place fit our needs and our budget for our travel through Milan. We intentionally looked for a place within a 10-15min drive from the central station. The host was helpful and kind enough to explain everything to us. We found free street parking out front. Shower pressure was amazing. We brought our own shampoo but there were little packets available for use too. We were grateful to have the A/C to help us fall asleep in this extremely hot August summer heat. "
