"We stayed two nights to meet Danish friends and go to the Palio in Asti. Our host was very accommodating and attended to our every need. Breakfast was included which is increasingly rare. A truly authentic country experience. "

The evening meal which was included in the price was although basic, well cooked. We had to run the hot water in the shower for 15 minutes before the hot water would reach the shower head and once having done that we got only hot water through the mixer tap in the sink."

The hotel has pedal assist (electric) bikes available to hire - highly recommended a couple of hours enjoying the stunning scenery on these.
