"We were a group of 7 women on the leadership team of a homeschool co-op meeting for our annual spring planning retreat. This home allowed us to spread out comfortably through all of the bedrooms, cook meals with ease, eat those meals inside or out on the deck, have meetings, play games, do crafts, and have a wonderful time together! Thank you for providing such a well-stocked clean home for our enjoyment. There was also plenty of parking for everyone next to the house and up the hill of a driveway to the parking pad. Would definitely recommend for a group! "

"Wonderful communication with owner/manager. Fabulous kitchen with so many utensils and appliances. Icemaker was amazing. It was a cold rainy weekend, but the house accommodated all of us with ease, provided privacy, and a great time! This is a new neighborhood so construction workers were around, but we’re entertaining to watch! Having the Cottage separate from the main house, provided quiet, restful sleep for a smaller family members. The hot tub was amazing and enjoyed by all! Thanks for a wonderful long weekend with our extended family members!"

"Due to bad weather that had passed through the area we were unable to stay here due to power outage...upon entering this property it matched the listing looked very comfortable and clean and had the most amazing view! After calling the rental staff about the power being out, they worked quick to offer and move us to another property - Here comes the sun- this rental was very close by and had an equally amazing view, was very clean and comfortable, smelled wonderful and was equipped with everything we needed for a great stay! It was a wonderful weekend and we have CB rentals and Jessica to thank for that! 10/10!!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here with extended family! Property manager responded immediately with answers to all questions before our arrival, and they were able to get everything ready to go despite wide spread power outages from a major ice storm in the area. Kitchen is well stocked, and the house is really close to many SML attractions. "

"The floor to ceiling windows in the family room let is so much natural light along with beautiful views of the lake. The kitchen and pantry were both huge and accommodated our group with room to spare, no matter what you were cooking or prepping. We enjoyed many meals and games around the dining room table. We were there in January so no chance to enjoy the lake. We were able to take some walks and visit Ramulose Ridge Vineyards. The peach sangria is amazing! We felt secluded but were only 10 minutes from the Food Lion. We've made many treasured memories at Smith Mountain Lake, and this gets added to the list. Thank you to the host for all his efforts to remove ice from the driveway for our arrival and departure. "
