"We reserved, paid for, and had confirmed a two night stay at this property. When we arrived, the host/property owner shared that the property had been double booked and that we would be able to stay in the apartment the second night only. They did provide another property for the first night instead. It was not as nice, it was not as spacious, and no expansive terrace with the beautiful view. We also then had to move to the new apartment after the first night which took time out of our vacation....

"Elize and Ruud are super nice, friendly and caring hosts and made me feel welcome. The apartment is also very spacious, everything is newly furnished. The house is located in a green, tranquil area, has a marvelous views on the old town and Castello Gancia, yet the town of Canelli with its lovely cafes, shops and market can be reached quickly on foot. "Prior to our arrival Mirella was happy to answer any questions and advice regarding directions to the apartment. We were told to trust the sat nav and it led us through the many winding roads to the apartment without any problems. We met at the arranged time and were warmly welcomed by Mirella who showed us around the apartment and made sure that we knew she was available at anytime for advice etc. The apartment is modern and clean.
