"Super cool apartment in the old wall city. NOTE: There is no reception and you need to contact Casa Palma for arrival to arrange meeting for keys and payment. It's like finding a apartment in an ancient maze, but amazing once you find it. We didn't know about contacting the host, we were horrified that it was just closed for the season, but once we called, it was very worth the extra trouble, best stay in Greece."

"This hotel is a wonderful retreat. It’s very relaxing with beautiful scenery. Close enough to go explore or just hang out and enjoy the atmosphere. The pools are beautiful, the gardens are wonderful. The landscaping is fabulous. We had dinner in the restaurant one night. It was amazing. But nothing compares to the breakfast each morning. I’ve never seen anything like it. The food was absolutely scrumptious. This is a wonderful hotel that I would definitely stay in again."

"Amazing location, unique rooms with historic charm. We stayed in an apartment style room located in the lower areas of Monemvasia, below the Stellaki Mansion. The best way to describe the room is - fancy wine cellar. We had access to an upper level courtyard which was very pretty with potted plants and seating, however no sea views from our room or courtyard. "We hired the family room that sleeps 5. Good bathroom and comfortable living area. The kids loved living within the walls of the Castro which was an amazing experience. The views are breathtaking. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and looked after us well. Highly recommend. "
