"VERY DISAPPOINTING. I would not stay here again. DO NOT trust what it shows in the website.The hotel is very old, poorly maintained, empty, has very weird art and is extremely understaffed. This hotel had all terme pools and spa services closed which was the only reason why we booked. This hotel may have been great 40 years ago but unfortunately it's one of Italy's struggling spa resorts. Hotel management agreed to refund the rest of our stay and after we left refused.
