"VERY DISAPPOINTING. I would not stay here again. DO NOT trust what it shows in the website.The hotel is very old, poorly maintained, empty, has very weird art and is extremely understaffed. This hotel had all terme pools and spa services closed which was the only reason why we booked. This hotel may have been great 40 years ago but unfortunately it's one of Italy's struggling spa resorts. Hotel management agreed to refund the rest of our stay and after we left refused. "All the staff are super friendly and help full. The Hotel was fantastic!! The beach was amazing!! Everyone went out of their way to help us find things to do around Naples. "Douche du RDC pleine de moisi. Pas d'eau chaude les 2 premiers jours. Peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine. Canapé en très mauvais état. Jacuzzi non fonctionnel dans une pièce insalubre. Piscine mal entretenue (on nous a promis un intervenant que l'on a jamais vu!). Impossible d'avoir le détail réel de notre consommation électrique (panneaux photovoltaïque? situés où?).1 matelas à l'étage à revoir. "

"Das Haus ist sehr alt. In den Zimmern ist Schimmel an den Wänden, die sogar schon auf den Matratzen überging. Matratzen waren alle dreckig obwohl der Vermieter meinte die wurden alles erst gereinigt !!!. Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Es ist sehr unsicher und kalt gewesen, so kalt das wir alle Krank wurden. Keine anständige Heizmöglichkeiten. Ständiger Stromausfall wenn zwei Geräte benutzt wurden. Duschen konnte man nur mit Tropfwasser mehr kam aus der Brause nicht raus....
