"Clean condo straight down from the IOP Connector, right by the beach bars and shops. Easy access to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Downtown Charleston. Nearly 180 views of the beach. Great for beautiful sunrises and long walks on the beach. It is a 3rd floor condo and there isn’t a lot of room for more than 2 adults, but we’d definitely rent it again. "

"Tgere were 4 of us. The property was in decent neighborhood. Just a walk to King Street. Plenty of room. They let us drop our bags off before check in wh I ch was a big help."

"Everything was as expected - very nice, clean and well appointed, Two things about the stay. Most likely not within your control, the water pressure was very low. It would have been nice to know that there was a maintenance project going on when we were there. Not a deal breaker, but the heads up would have been nice - this is not to say that the project was not necessary, it is - the outside needs a refresh.Overall, as I indicated, we had a nice stay and would come back."

Can't beat the location - re both ocean and local dining/shopping spots as well as easy access to Charleston. Planning on returning in the future..."

"Beautifully decorated condo, just the right size for a couple. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked, the laundry facilities and other amenities make for a comfortable stay. The location can't be beat for neighborhood walks, exploring the fort next door, and for watching the ships going in and out of Charleston Harbor from the front porch or the chairs down by the water. This is our second stay at this property, and we're hoping to come again next year. Highly recommended!"

"Property is clean, comfortable with all the amenities you need. I loved that you didn’t have to fuss with a key card. The weather was nice so we were able to enjoy the roof top patio. The location is perfect for getting around Charleston by foot or by bus.The host is very responsive in answering all questions/concerns. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Property was very nice. Quick access to the beach and the town is walkable. The room itself was as described. Only complaint is that it could have been cleaner. Upon arrival there were several dead cockroaches around the condo and some live one running around during our stay. "
