"Firstly, there is no front desk at this property. Instead, a man (whose English could use improvement) meets you to explain how to use the keys for entering your room and exiting the building. It’s crucial to fully understand how to exit the building, especially if you’re leaving early in the morning. "Check in was a challenge as lady did not speak english. Had to revert to using google translate to check in. The property was chic. The restaurant opposite is very good ! and book in advance. The breakfast options were limited. With some basic changes this place could be so much better."

"We spent two nights in this hotel in early November. Rooms were spacious but very cold! Marble floors, no carpets, bad insulation (single glazed windows) and small radiators which were on for just 14 hours per day - and not in the night (23.00-07.00)! "Great hotel, very central. We had a big room Which was comfortable and quiet. There are 2 parts to the hotel and we were ‘over the road’ which was fine for us but just an fyi for those less mobile. Staff were very friendly. "

I found the staff to be exceptionally accommodating and friendly, creating an atmosphere that felt almost familial. The breakfast offerings were delightful, and the quality of the room exceeded my expectations. The warmth and kindness of everyone I encountered made my stay feel like a gathering with close friends and relatives, which significantly enhanced my overall experience. The convenience of the location cannot be overstated, as it is easily accessible via bus 72, which conveniently stops right outside both the railway station and the hotel. This service is not only efficient but also economical, with a ticket costing just €2. For those who prefer a more direct route, taxis are readily available at a reasonable fare of €15, making transportation to and from the Torino Porta Susa railway station seamless and hassle-free. Additionally, the bar within the hotel was a delightful spot to unwind, further contributing to the overall positive ambiance of my stay. The combination of excellent service, a prime location, and a welcoming environment makes this hotel a standout choice. I am already looking forward to my next visit, as I believe it will be just as enjoyable as this one."
