"Firstly, there is no front desk at this property. Instead, a man (whose English could use improvement) meets you to explain how to use the keys for entering your room and exiting the building. It’s crucial to fully understand how to exit the building, especially if you’re leaving early in the morning. When I checked out early the next day, I found the front door locked, contrary to what had been explained, which left me in a state of panic."

Marble floors, no carpets, bad insulation (single glazed windows) and small radiators which were on for just 14 hours per day - and not in the night (23.00-07.00)! "The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "

"This was probably my 8th trip to Val Disere and the apartment was excellent value and reasonably comfortable. The owner was helpful and accommodating . The location was great and although not ski in /out very good for the frequent free bus service taking you to all the ski areas. I highly recommend this apartment for 4 , or 6 if willing to squeeze in a bit and would definitely stay here again ."
