"Overall a nice small house at a very noise road. Biggest challenges is the owner with poor English skills and not having information updated or overpromising. The apartment is just 80 sqm not like 133 as mentioned in the description. The front seating area and the balcony you cannot use as the street is too noisy. "We have had a wonderful time during our one week stay at the property. Beautiful home, spacious and modern with lots of amenities. The top terrace is beautiful, we really enjoy dining and relaxing watching the ocean, Location was great, walking distance from a market, pharmacy, and many restaurants. Will definitely be back. Antonio the property manager provided outstanding service and was always very responsive and quick in getting back to us."

"Good property for 5 ppl with a decent sized kitchen. Location was walking distance to center of Porto Cesareo but you do need a car to get to the nicer Lidos. Owner was very hospitable and available to answer questions. Overall a good experience but I do feel that the apartment needs a little refreshing."

"Geräumiger und geschmackvoll eingerichteter Trullo etwas außerhalb von Latiano inmitten von Olivenhainen. Der Garten (mit großem Aufstellpool) ist mit viel Liebe angelegt. "Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserem Gastgeber empfangen. Uns wurde alles ausführlich erklärt und gezeigt. Die Gastgeber waren unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus liegt perfekt am Meer und nahe einem sehr leckerem Restaurant (fußläufig). Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Gerne jederzeit wieder!"

"Everything was great. Fabrizio is a great host, the house is strategically located a few steps from the beach hence great for families with small children. One more plus is that you are very close to Porto Cesareo and its amenities."

"We had a great time at Vinilia, the castle, surroundings and pool are wonderful. Our room had modern amenities with an Italian style. We had dinner at their restaurant Casamatta, chef Pietro Penna tribute to his cuisine and journey was outstanding, breakfast was the perfect starting of the day with delicious bread and fruits. Thank you to all the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, especial thanks to William and Andrea."

Spotless, well equipped villa, well located for the beach.

"Hosts were super helpful and available by txt or phone if needed. You need a car and a little patience with the Italian roads (and drivers) but really well located if you are OK to travel 30-50 mins"

Struttura molto capiente ma priva di manutenzione

"mancano le zanzariere agli infissi, mancano ventilatori efficienti nelle stanze, impianto elettrico inadeguato (nella doccia fuori al balconcino, il box doccia è rotto e l'acqua raggiunge una presa elettrica mal posizionata), le serrature dei due ingressi sono poco funzionali alla sicurezza dei propri averi, si aprono con una spinta, il balcone di ingresso (molto bello e piacevole per la sosta in gruppo) esposto a nord-ovest dalle ore 15 fino alle 20 è zona completamente soleggiata e senza alcun ombreggiante, nell'atrio di ingresso si potrebbero parcheggiare comodamente due auto ma la larghezza del cancello e lo spazio antistante la strada non agevola la manovra di accesso. Il personale è molto accogliente, cortesi e disponibili. Il paesino, il mare e la caratteristica cornice salentina copre parzialmente questi disservizi."

"Kind and attentive staff, Gian Marco at reception, guy at pool, service at breakfast, parking,, proximity of nice beaches, structure 15 years old built in very chic and contemporary feeling. Recommended local restaurant 3 km away, Torre del Cardo with loCal food ,homefeeling atmosphere and affordable pricing"
