"Lovely place to spend the night. Plenty of parking, beautiful common area, clean and quiet room with nice furnishings and refreshing scents! The towel rod was broken in our bathroom and we had some trouble operating the front gate. I also cannot comment on breakfast because we left too early to enjoy it. The whole place is unreal, out of a movie, and definitely worth visiting for the falcon and horse shows."

"We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry. "We are not novices to tourism-we drove in Turkey, Greece, visited Europe by rail. However, not knowing the meaning of Italian road signs/addresses, combined with unremarkable, high above the road signage for Masseria Nuovo, we drove anxiously up & down the country road looking for its one-lane dirt track turn off among many others along the road. "Everything about your stay here was wonderful! Gianluigi was fantastic. We got a flat tire on our way in and he immediately called a mechanic to help us. He offered to have our rental car company call him, since our Italian is terrible and we didn’t know where we were! He even gave us the hours and directions of where to get the tire fixed the next day. He truly went abover and beyond for us. The apartment was beautifully done and very comfortable. "When I arrived 4pm there no one at the restaurant I have to get the help from coffee shop opposite to call them up and waited half an hour. Later the restaurant reopen til midnight. It was Maundy Thursday the street was packed to enter the church, i couldn’t drive to the castle sq, not a free parking area, I have drive a further 100 m. The room on a narrow back street . Could nt use the tv, depleted battery controller. I was greeted by a handsome young man who can speak English "
