"The front desk workers, Marvin especially were wonderful! Him and his manager were very kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The pool was closed when we arrived due to being cleaned, we let them know we booked this hotel due to the pool for our son (we were in town for a medical procedure for him) and they ensured it would be open in about an hour. This morning we left for said procedure, there was a scheduling error so we returned to the hotel hoping to have access to our room again (it was 7a) and we had 2 hours to kill - the front desk worker was so sweet and said we could use the room until we had to leave again in 2 hours. "

"Staff was very friendly and transportation to/from airport was very good. Nothing bad about this stay comes to mind. Everything went well."

"Refrigerator had drinks in it. Area around fridge was dusty. No free breakfast or coffee. Starbucks is your only option. Our check in person on Thursday afternoon was amazingly friendly. Night shift person on Saturday was great. I had a family of four with me and again no free coffee was a huge disappointment."

"After going to the wrong location a few miles away we were quickly checked in at the correct hotel. The floor was sticky in the living space. There was only one working elevator which was inconvenient. The room was very humid and the temperature had to be turned very low to get the air conditioning to kick on and relieve the humidity level in the room. "
