Nicht weit vom Hafen entfernt, liegt die gemütliche und vor allem sehr saubere Ferienwohnung Hafenperle. Sie ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. "Liegt in ruhiger Lage, mit dem Fahrrad gemütlich Brötchen holen und Landschaft genießen. Zu den ausgedehnten Weser-Stand nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Hund war auch am Strand kein Problem, da viel Platz war und sich keiner im Weg rumgelaufen ist. Innenstadt von Oldenburg und Bremen sind sehr schön. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Andreas apartment. It is well positioned near beach, city and restaurants. Andrea and Klaus were very friendly and welcoming. Apartment is well equipped with all amenities. If I could make a small suggestion to also have information in compendium also in English and especially the washing machine and dryer instructions. Also maybe state in the description that there are spiral stairs to the sleeping area as older people would have difficulty getting suitcases...

"We were looking for a stay near Gut Wahnbek that is big enough for our family (4 people) and that is not too expensive. I this flat we were really happy. We had a perfect communication with our hosts (before, while stay and after). The flat was even bigger than we assumed. Also we had the birthday of one of our children while our stay. So the hosts prepared a little gift and we're very kind. thank you so much! We are really looking forward to stay at yours during our next visit."

"Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Sehr freundliche Gasttgeber die uns greundlich empfangen haben. Die Ferienwohnung ist optimal für gehbehinderte Leute mit Rollstuhl. Ich bin mit Rollstuhl und Sauerstoff angereist und habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt,da ich keinerlei Probleme mit der Bewegung in der Wohnung mit dem Rollstuhl hatte. Auch schön, dass man die grösseren Städte in kurzer Entfernung erreichen konnte. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Kurzurlaub."

"Die Wohnung ist sauber und in einer kleinen Ferienwohnungsiedlung unmittelbar hinter dem Deich gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet. Allerdings neigt sich die Bodenplatte des gesamten Hauses um ca. 20 cm in 2 Richtungen. Der Boden ist also merklich schief. Wen das nicht stört, wird mit der Wohnung zufrieden sei. "

"Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl Gefühl. Es ist sehr gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch die Entfernung zum See ist in Ordnung, auch wenn es auf den Bildern so wirkt, als ob er näher am Haus liegt. Gestört hat uns dann aber im Nachhinein, dass noch Nebenkosten von gut 25% durch die Stromheizung für den Aufenthalt hinzukamen. Leider haben wir kalte Tage erwischt. Im Sommer wird das wohl nicht so erheblich ausfallen."
