"The desk staff was very helpful and let us shorten our stay a night due to a change of plans despite our having to deal with Expedia. Our suite on the 3rd floor was very clean, quaint and comfortable as is the rest of the hotel, and it was great having a smart tv to watch Netflix at night. "located just off the main road at the edge of Pescara next to Montesilvano, the is B&B was easy to find. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach. Hosts were great, they saw that it was our birthdays and left a bottle of sparkling for us. very nice of them.
