"Nate’s property was exactly as described. The large pull-through driveway was great, as we had 2 full size vehicles both towing trailers. Easy access onto trail 3 for dog walks and side by side exploration! Our Husky brought a friend up for lunch and an afternoon trail ride followed by some pool before heading back to campus. Mohawk is a great starting point for waterfall exploration, and the Superette has anything the rental property might not have. The assortment of kitchen utensils, pots, pans and storage containers was second to none! Bathrooms had extra toiletries. Water pressure and temperature were wonderful! With 3+ more years of my son at MTU, we will definitely book this property again!"

The location is stunning — it doesn't get any better than a fire on the shores of Lake Superior. "This stay was a repeat in this rental home and it didn't dissapoint. Home is clean and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. Centrally located for all our Keweenaw travel adventures. Phoenix store is just down the road for little things we forgot to bring with us. Definitely recommend for couple travel when you want a home instead of a hotel. Thank you, Jeff, for your hospitality and easy communication. I'm sure this will be a repeat rental for us in the future."

"This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this property. We love it! It is a central hub for the area we are hiking. There are trails to be found all around! The property itself is perfect for two people. (i’m sure it’s perfect for more than two people as well.) The kitchen is well provided. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee and coffee maker, toaster… you name it, it’s there! There are plenty of towels for showers. You can do a load of laundry after a wet day of hiking and be in the shower at the same time without danger of the hot water running out! This is a big plus! The television is a Smart TV and we were able to connect to our favorite streaming service and watch a show as our evening wound down. There is even a great restaurant just across the yard. We needed reservations, but calling a few weeks in advance got us in fine. The back deck is excellent! It looks out over a lovely expanse of grass and a huge tree that was in full color. Bette responded to our inquiries within minutes. She never left us hanging! I wish I could gate keep this property, but it would be unfair. I cannot wait until our plans allow us to return again!"
