"In a great location, right by the metro which made getting around Budapest so easy! The room itself was so cool with the stairs up to another bed and we were so grateful for the fridge and kettle! It was nice and quiet every night, no issues. We used our hotel towels at the thermal spa, they did not dry quickly so I asked at reception and they gave me fresh towels no problem. Lovely staff, great location, great price."

"The customer service at this hotel was amazing. Matild at the front desk was always ready to help us; with early check-in, dinner reservations, directions, and booking a river cruise. I'd highly recommend this hotel as they clearly value their customers. The hotel has a great location in the city and it's easily walkable to public transportation. They have coffee and water always available in the lobby, as well as a connected parking garage. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was soft and there were plenty of pillows available. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities and plenty of hot water in the waterfall shower. "

"Beautiful hotel conveniently located in the city centre. Staff were really helpful and attentive throughout. Check in was prompt and straight forward and we made use of the spa which was superb.
