The reception staff was so very kind on every occasion when we had questions to ask them.They also sold us the Ghent Card which gave us entrances to various tourist attractions and public transportation in Ghent. "It was a good price and a decent hotel. It is definitely a basic hotel, do not expect many amenities. The underside of the bed had not been properly cleaned but other than that, this was a fairly positive stay."
