"Our stay mostly consisted of roasting like a turkey on Christmas Day throughout every night. Shoddy air con at best. We asked for the air con to be fixed before finding out that it was actually supposed to be working fine. Room temp was approx 100 degrees. I asked for fan at front desk and they laughed in my face and said "it's so hot". Asides from that room was big, cleaning was minimal but beds were made. Nice enough breakfast. Spa was good but ironically actually not that warm. "

"This was our 4th stay in the Valencia. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. I think it would be a good idea if, in some of the bathrooms, a walk-in shower was available for older clients as it is not easy to climb into the bath. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is adequate but this time there was an excessive use of plastic wrapping around the food and crockery (I know this was to separate items and to ptotect them because of the pandemic) but I feel a more eco friendly way...
