"We had a great time in Krakow! The bed was incredibly comfy, and the receptionist we met at check-in was lovely and very helpful. The room was immaculately clean, and on Valentine’s Day, we even found chocolates left for us, which was a really nice touch. That said, there were a couple of downsides. "Fantastic property! Close to old town, Jewish quarter and the castle. Fantastic service, very knowledgeable hosts. Room large with a kitchenette (tea, coffee, sugar and washing up utensils provided) I would recommend to anyone visiting Krakow "

"We had booked the Salve station, paid for & confirmed but a few hours before we checked in later that evening was called and emailed by Expedia that the place was overbooked and the property owners/mgmt company had another property threy could place us in. They sent a link to thier property with pics of the rooms. It looked fine and comparable so we accepted the change. When we arrived the room was nothing like the pics they sent and we had multiple issues with the room. - no ac or non...

"Great location, close to bars and restaurants. Also just a short tram ride to the Old Town centre. Only potential downside might be some late-night noise, given its proximity to bars etc. Overall, great place, great room. "

"just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good"

"Really lovely apartment, staff were very friendly and let us check in early and leave our cases in the hallway too. Very easy instructions to get into apartment. Located right on the square and super close to everything, definitely recommend."

"Place was so modern and perfect for any length of stay. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a godsend after cold walks around the city! The kitchen had what we needed. The bed was so spacious and insanely comfy. If I had to find a fault it was that we could hear the nearby church at the palace which chimes every 15mins but didn't keep us awake and had to really listen out for it. Would definitely recommend this place. "

"Great accommodation. Really clean. Good location. About a 15 min walk to old town but tram stop just round the corner that takes you straight to the edge of the old town. Nice and quiet. Definitely recommend. Communication great as well and really helpful. Will stay there again."

"Great location just off the square and supermarket round the corner.Hotel organised transport from the airport for our group which was great. Our room, superior double doesnt have a shower but a hand held attachment over a jacuzzi bath. They could do with removing the bath and putting a proper shower in, as there is room. "P&J Apartments were very nice. Be aware that there is no elevator, so if you have heavy (or a lot of) luggage, you will get a work-out. The room had good space and nice amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The location is absolutely wonderful and made the walk-up worth it. If you are driving, parking can be an issue, but there are options."

"The apartment was clean, quiet, warm and comfortable. The surrounding area was lovely, short walking distance from main the main square. Staff were so lovely, friendly, kind, always happy to answer any questions, recommend local eating areas, book transfer to and from the airport. Wiktoria was the first member of staff we met and gave a such a lovely introduction to Krakow, gave us a map plan to use whilst staying which made it easy to find places, a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. Highly recommend staying & will be booking again to stay."

Hotel H15 Luxury Palace - Destigo Hotels

5/5 Excellent

"I don’t receive upgrade benefit even though the hotel was quite empty. The service and staff are excellent. The spa is a great asset. The location couldn’t be better 2 mins walk to the main square. The only real negative was the lobby music which played in the lobby and restaurants. It was a 5 min loop and by the end of our stay was driving us up the wall."
