"All 16 of us (6 adults, 10 kids) absolutely loved this house, as did our puppy.The house had everything we needed and the kids loved arriving to a delicious tray of rocky road.The pool (which is larger than the photos do justice) and hot tub are warm and perfect for everyone to enjoy on a cold February week in Devon.We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.. "Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. "What a fabulous property in a gorgeous area. There’s not much around but the beach and walks are plentiful, there’s a great pub and nearby Looe is lovely.The house itself was fabulous. Hot tub was clean and hot and such a treat. All the beds and facilities were top notch! "

"Perfect property for our family holiday. Ideal size and didn't feel like we were ever ontop of each other, apart from maybe in the kitchen. The walk up amd down the hill was a but much for both mithers in their 70's. "

"First impressions when walking in are mind your head! The downstairs bedrooms and toilet/bathrooms are very nice, the bedrooms having enough space for all of us. Upstairs is a sight to behold.
