"Beautiful property nestled in the hills with stunning views! Although we spent most of our time sightseeing, it was nice to have a home away from home to come back to at the end of the day to unwind and relax. The only negative we had during our stay was the lack of soundproofing and you can hear everything from the neighboring units. It wasn’t overly bothersome. "

"Had a fabulous time at this great property with fantastic views across to the mountains. Roberta was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was a delight to cool down in as we had very hot weather. We feel you would definitely need a car as the walk down to the village was very steep (even for us who like to do a lot of walking).That said there were lots of interesting and beautiful places to visit in the local area that we thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks Roberta for being an attentive host."

"We are Australians in Italy for the first time. We enjoyed our week in Perugia. No car so we walked along the country lane to catch a local bus into Centro, and walked uphill to town on several occasions. The artisanal pasticceria which Guiseppe will tell you about was worth multiple visits. Free Illy espresso with each purchase. Guiseppe was quick to respond to our messages and helpful with suggestions. His Gold Card was useful! Too cold for a swim, sadly, as the pool looked very inviting....

"Fijne week gehad in regio Umbrië. Wij fietsen graag (e-bike) en dan is de locatie op de top van een klim van 5 km niet heel praktisch. Wel mooie basis om regio te verkennen. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Uitrusting keuken (messen om groenten etc te snijden, lepels om te roerbakken etc) redelijk beperkt."

"The hotel is located in a beautiful original old monastery with excellent rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day. "Casa Stella is one of the most wonderful places that we have stayed in. It is a pleasure - large, well-appointed rooms with a lovely garden and stunning views of the countryside. The large main bedroom and the living room have french doors on both sides.
