"its my 4th time to stay in apa hotel we like hot spring here and the covinience going to makuhari messe,i just want to make them improve the system of getting the reservation room ,we booked 1month before of our stay,but everytime we checked in its hard to get a room that near to everyone,just i said we booked 1month before our stay why they can't prepare a room that next to one of us"

"Excellent customer service! I arrived late at midnight but the staff was still very friendly and introduced the hotel services clearly. The public bath is amazing and a must-go item after a trip to Japan. The sea view is great as well! Donki, Lawson and Ichiran are nearby so it's convenient. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the train station which requires ~15mins walk if you have a heavy luggage, so prepare more time to walk to the station after checkout. But still would recommend this hotel overall!"

"Very clean, staff brought fresh towls and bathroom supplies more offten than needed. Train station super close. Shopping area cloae by as well. Much kess crowded than other areas but can also come across as a bit unnerving at night"

"Pretty good hotel for solo travelers around the Makuhari area. It's close to the Shin-Makuhari train station, as well as a couple of shops and a supermarket. So if you want to get something to eat from a convenience store, or take a train out to Tokyo, then you can do that easily. As for the room, the one I had was a single room. It is small, so you probably don't have enough room to move around in. But it was manageable. For the price, it's not too expensive. "
