"The staff here were amazing. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of food and everything was delicious. The rooms were a little small compared to the US, but the amenities were complete with a fridge, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Also, a self heating water pot with tea available and a tv. "My stay in Tower II was comfortable, and the bus to Ceska Lipa from Duo is convenient. But *the* reason why I'll be back is the staff -- in particular, Barbora and Austin were so incredibly patient and helpful when I had a million questions. Barbora even helped me plan a very busy day of sightseeing in Prague AND put a ton of effort into booking me and a coworker a private car when we had some oversized luggage and needed to drive far. "Overall not bad, certainly good value for money. The room was small and very basic, but at the same time, clean and warm. Breakfast was fine, the staff were all very polite and helpful. There is a McDonald’s and a couple of small shops nearby, but you’ll want to venture further for most things. Subway station is a couple of minutes walk and I had no problem getting an uber to pick me up here on a couple of occasions. I enjoyed visiting Prague and would say the hotel is good for a budget option "
