"It's in a nice location and was a pretty good price. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was surprisingly good, an assortment of cold meats and cheeses, bread slices and buns, mini-pastries, scrambled egg, beans, little hot dogs, yoghurt, fruit and coffee is exceptional for the price-range. However, there were silverfish and the odd ant in my room. If I were a more anxious or fussy person it might have been an issue but I wasn't too much of a concern for me."

"Convenient location to the airport. Shuttle service starts early at 0400 which is good timing for early flight. Only drawback is that the female driver does not help carrying luggages to the trunk"

"Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were so helpful and lovely. And the tram is conveniently right outside the front door making for easy transport throughout the city. Would stay here again!"

"Absolutely would stay here again. The rooms were simple and compact, but clean and functional. Air conditioning was effective (although we were a little annoyed cleaning staff turned our AC off while we were gone). But the standout was truly the spa. I’ve had many nice massages but the couples massage here was maybe the best I’ve ever had. Whirlpool bath was a romantic and luxurious addition. Very reasonable prices. Overall a great experience."

"A beautiful hotel in a beautiful area! Hardly easily accessible, but worth the climb into the Erzgebirge! Facilities all shiny and new; rooms very nice. I think, however, that they made a big mistake by setting up an electronic order menu in the restaurant. It’s just exactly like McDonald’s: you make your selections on an electronic board and pay at the board. Everything is ala carte. "Ich habe ein Tag vor Ankunft angerufen ob wir die Koffer im Hotel abstellen können. Man hat mir gesagt es wäre ok aber am Ankunfstag war keiner da. Allerdings nach kurzem Anruf ist eine Frau gekommen - vielen Dank dafür. Check in selbst war total chaotisch, über halber Stunde gedauert. Rechnung noch nicht angekommen. Frühstück sollte eigentlich zur Verfügung sein, es gibt es aber nichts. "

"Wir hatten viel Platz für unsere Familienfeier. Die Ausstattung in den Appartements war sehr schön. Der Gemeinschaftsraum war prima zu nutzen und die Küche mit der doppelten Ausstattung perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Das Wetter war sehr kühl und nass, so dass wir die Aussenanlage samt Grill und Feuerplatz nicht genutzt haben. Aber durchgefroren nach der Wanderung am Kamin aufwärmen war sehr gemütlich. Für alle waren Tischtennis und große Spielesammlung eine tolle...

"The house and garden were even better than anticipated. It provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind, but also a great base from which to explore the beautiful country. Pavol and his colleague Jana couldn’t have been more welcoming and were always on hand if we needed anything. It was the perfect holiday. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is beautiful, all the areas are clean. The staff was nice, helpful and fast. Everything is perfect except the soundproofing of the room. I've been woken up in the next room since 4:30. You can hear absolutely everything, including small noises such as the mobile phone charger being pulled out of the socket. Putting things on the table, etc..."

Great hotel even if a bit dated!

"I had a lovely stay here, couldnt fault the hotel at all! Yes as some have said the interior is a bit dated and theres no lift, but being 100% honest that never bothered me at all. I love the quirky layout inside and the fa t my room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfy and the food at brekkie was more than enough, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Iil was very impressed and would def stay again if in Litomerice"
