"The front desk staff spoke English which was helpful for us. The beds were comfortable. The built in little sofa had a huge stain on the cushion which was kind of gross and made me not want to sit there. Great location. "

"We stayed in a King on the 14th floor. The room was a good size with closet space and a seating area. Didnʻt need to use the onsen as there was a nice furo bath in our room. We had access to the lounge next door, only available to 14th fl guests. In the lounge you are welcomed the first time with matcha or coffee and a Japanese sweet. "Good hotel. Location close to station very close to main areas."

"Huge rooms. Perfect for older adults who wants to stay close to the station, the rooms are spacious, even provide washing machine and ironing board which we don’t need. The free coffee machine is a bonus. Rates are even cheaper on a Saturday night."
