The staff and owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. The hostel is very clean and safe. "パレルモ中央駅から徒歩１５分位でメイン通りから小道をちょっと行った所にあります。 看板がなく建物も普通の住宅なので、番地を頼りに見つけてください。 入口横の小さな呼び鈴にHOSTELと書いてあります。 受付迄細い螺旋階段を登らなければいけません。 部屋は冷房が効いています。 バスタオルが無料で付いてます。 無料の朝ごはんは、パン、ジュース、牛乳、コーヒー、卵焼きで美味しかったです。 駅からも観光スポットにも近いのでおすすめです。"

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"Great stay. We arrived to a warm greeting after a much delayed train trip. Reception gave us good advice on places to visit, eat, get groceries. I left my ipad behind and they contacted me immediately so I hadn't left the station. Great service."

"After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....
