"Not sure why this place has a 4 star rating, a 3-star rating is being nice. While it’s close to the beach and the house keeping staff were amazing, that’s about all the nice things I can say. The check in staff was rude and basically threw us our key and didn’t explain anything. We got yelled at for parking near our room after being told to park there to unload our bags ourselves. While there is a private beach for the hotel, they don’t tell you beforehand hand that you have to pay to use it....

"We had an amazing week at Villa Verde. The pool and the beach are great, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is very familly friendly and a 15 min walk from the nearest town with great restaurants. The food at the beach was good and not expensive, but we found it was best to go to town for dinner except if you want to trade off a bit of quality/price to stay on side and eat eqrlier (finner open at 7:30 and service is very fast).
